Customer Choice Award winner

Dodge Moving & Storage, an agent for Mayflower Transit, recently received the 2013 Customer Choice Award. This award is based on Customer Service Survey results, claim scores, safety scores, revenue distribution, and quality labor for the period July 1, 2012, to June 30, 2013. Honorees are chosen in size categories, which are determined by the total number of household goods shipments registered annually. The agencies who received these coveted awards are recognized as the very best in total quality performance for their size category.

In addition to the Customer Choice Award, Dodge Moving & Storage was also honored as a Million Dollar Club Award winner at the $4 million level, which recognizes top Mayflower revenue producers. Also, the Performance Excellence Award, which recognizes agents who have a relentless focus on our customers’ needs and expectations. Lastly, Vanliner Insurance Company announced Dodge as a 3rdplace winner in the Excellence in Loss Prevention program. This program recognizes Vanliner’s Mayflower agency customers who achieve “best in class” safety performance. The contest results measured auto liability and workers’compensation claims frequency, timeliness of claims reporting and loss control practices during the period July 1, 2012, through June 30, 2013.
