Spring Time Moving

Spring is coming – those are welcome words especially after the winter of 2013/2014.  Even though there are still piles of snow on parking lots and the temperatures are still chilly, there are signs of spring.  Some of the summer birds have flown back north and are visiting the backyard feeders.  The “other” summer birds, the baseball Cardinals have flown south.  The pitchers and catchers reported this week.  Spring training is well underway so the start of baseball season can’t be far behind.  There are seed packets and early spring flowers are on display in the stores.  Sidewalk salt is being replaced by bags of fertilizer and potting soil.  Yep – spring is coming. 

But with spring also comes the dreaded “spring cleaning”. The garage and basement are filled with stuff.  There are winter clothes that the kids have outgrown, and summer clothes that are too small this year.  Pieces of furniture that were moved with the remodel and are too good to throw away but are taking up space.  The kids will be going to college in the fall you will need some of this furniture.  All kinds of things you need to keep but have no room for.  Or maybe you want to remodel, but don’t know what to do with your stuff during the remodel.
